Drive enterprise-wide data governance initiatives to ensure data quality, compliance, and consistency
Lead the design and implementation of data governance frameworks, policies, and operating models
Collaborate with business and IT teams to define data ownership, stewardship, and accountability
Oversee data quality management, metadata management, and regulatory compliance activities
Facilitate governance workshops, training sessions, and support change management efforts
Promote adoption and effective use of governance tools, with a focus on Collibra
Engage with stakeholders across the organization to improve data management maturity

Required

Drive enterprise-wide data governance initiatives to ensure data quality, compliance, and consistency

Oversee data quality management, metadata management, and regulatory compliance activities
Facilitate governance workshops, training sessions, and support change management efforts
Promote adoption and effective use of governance tools, with a focus on Collibra
Engage with stakeholders across the organization to improve data management maturity
Requires strong experience in data governance and management, especially in large or complex organizations
Utility industry experience is mandatory
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills required
Proficiency with governance tools such as Collibra (required), Informatica, or similar solutions
