Responsibilities

Manages all project engineering duties including managing RFI’s, Submittals, drawing coordination, writing meeting min. and project correspondence
Plays an active role in maintaining a safe and secure job site
Obtain relevant certifications and pursue additional education to enhance expertise
Communicate and establish a desired career path toward Project Management or Superintendent roles
Engage in Lump Sum Bid Process and Construction Manager at Risk (CMR) pursuits
Develop an understanding of various scheduling methods including Pursuit Schedule, Bid Schedule, Milestone Schedule, Construction Schedule
Assist in jobsite coordination, subcontractor field management, and site inspections
Assist with Monthly Dashboards, tracking key project performance indicators
Support the Subcontractor Evaluation Process, ensuring performance standards are met
Manage and track punch lists, ensuring follow-through on completion items
Assist in compiling Job History Reports and Case Study Reports for project documentation
Support Profit & Loss (P&L) reporting, invoice approval, and pay application processing
Learn and utilize construction software for project financials, reporting, and cost management
Lead quality control efforts to ensure compliance with project specifications
Review and track change orders, ensuring proper documentation and approval
Conduct and facilitate Foreman’s Meetings to align trade partners and project objectives
Manage subcontractor field coordination to maintain project timelines and efficiency
Performs other related duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Preferred

At least 3-5 years of experience preferred in a related field
