Inside Sales Representative / CSR
Roof Gecko is one of the fastest-growing roofing companies in Louisiana, built on superior quality and convenience. They are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to be the first voice customers hear and to keep the sales pipeline moving by responding to leads quickly and maintaining the CRM.

Responsibilities
Answer all inbound phone calls, text messages, and web inquiries with professionalism and warmth
Schedule and route calls to the correct sales reps and departments
Respond to new leads within 5 minutes to maximize booking chances
Qualify leads as Nurture, Warm, or Hot and ensure follow-up happens
Keep our CRM (JobNimbus) updated with accurate notes, tasks, and customer details
Follow up with homeowners regularly to keep opportunities alive
Support sales reps by confirming appointments and ensuring decision-makers are present
Track and report on lead flow, conversions, and call activity
Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in inside sales, customer service, or call center work (home services or roofing a plus)
Strong phone presence — confident, clear, and personable
Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple leads
Tech-friendly and comfortable using CRM systems and scheduling software
Competitive and self-motivated — you like hitting targets and seeing results
A problem solver with good judgment and common sense in handling customer situations
