Information Technology Engineer
SpotHero is a rapidly growing company focused on bringing the parking industry into the future through technology. The Information Technology Engineer will coordinate IT onboarding and offboarding, resolve IT issues, and provide in-person support while managing the IT user account lifecycle.

Responsibilities
Coordinate and facilitate new hire IT onboarding and offboarding including equipment provisioning and IT security orientation
Own the IT user account and hardware inventory lifecycle
Resolve IT issues reported by employees with a focus to educate and discover self-service opportunities
Provide in-person IT support in our Chicago office for video conferencing & AV equipment, office technology, and WiFi
Utilize mobile device management tools (Jamf / Intune) to enforce security baselines on our fleet of corporate devices
Research, evaluate and make proposals on new technology and support methods
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 2+ years experience in systems administration or IT support
Primary expertise in macOS with solid proficiency in Windows
Working knowledge of Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom
Experience with administering a single-sign on service like Okta
Ability to troubleshoot network infrastructure devices, including wireless access points, routers, switches in corporate offices
Communicating complex IT concepts clearly and effectively to non-technical users
