Responsibilities
Partner with Surface Scientists to evaluate and enhance sample preparation and analysis techniques
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data and identify process improvement opportunities
Innovate and refine techniques using existing analytical tools
Participate in technical meetings to explore new approaches and opportunities
Document research findings through reports and presentations
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related field
Working knowledge of analytical instrumentation such as XPS, SIMS, APT, FIB, SEM, TEM, and electrical characterization techniques
Strong technical, communication, and analytical skills
Passion for learning and problem-solving in a collaborative environment
Preferred
Experience with surface science techniques in a semiconductor or research setting
Ability to present complex technical information to diverse audiences
Familiarity with laboratory operations and measurement strategies
Demonstrated creativity in applying scientific tools to novel challenges
Proven ability to work independently and contribute to team-based projects
