Engage with and supervise the design team's activities related to residential and commercial developments
Manage multiple projects and develop new project opportunities
Experience with Land Development/Site Design, Stormwater and Utilities and permitting with local and state regulatory agencies
Manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets. Attend meetings with clients and regulatory agencies
Excellent verbal, written and communication skills
Attention to detail/organized
Knowledge of ICPR, WaterCAD and AutoCAD
Works well in a team environment
Qualification
Required
10+ years of civil engineering, land development design experience
Project Management experience required; ability to effectively manage a team and clients
B.S. in Civil/Environmental Engineering
Licensed Professional Engineer (Florida)
Experience with Land Development/Site Design, Stormwater and Utilities and permitting with local and state regulatory agencies
Manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets
Excellent verbal, written and communication skills
Attention to detail/organized
Knowledge of ICPR, WaterCAD and AutoCAD
Works well in a team environment
Preferred
Experience in Greater Orlando market highly preferred
