The Sandline Director of Client Advisory will be responsible for client outreach, building relationships, uncovering client pain points, and educating law firm and corporate prospects on Sandline Global’s end-to-end eDiscovery services and differentiators.
Law Practice
Responsibilities
Research, prospect, and generate new business leads
Draw on existing relationships and book of business
Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products and services
Participate in promotional events and campaigns to increase sales
Collaborate with the rest of the sales team to meet overall company goals
Qualification
Required
Proven work experience in eDiscovery or legal services sales or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong consultative approach to identifying pain points and solving client challenges
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
Basic computer skills and familiarity with various CRMs
Preferred
Bachelors degree or equivalent preferred
Prior education in sales or marketing is preferred but not required
Ideally 3-6 years of eDiscovery sales or relevant legal services sales experience
