Responsibilities
Communicate with memory customers to understand the market and their technology, product roadmap and production plan
Understand and support customers’ questions, concerns and requests from technical perspective
Plan action items to resolve customer issues in a timely manner
Collaborate with internal departments such as design, quality, package, and failure analysis teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Previous experience on customer communication and support is highly desired
5+ years of technical experience in switch mode power supply (step-down converters), PMIC products is highly desired
Fluent communication skills in English
Excellent writing and presentation skills
Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve design-in success for our products
BSEE or higher required
Preferred
Previous experience of application engineer or technical field application engineer roles is preferred
Previous experience working on storage and memory market is preferred
Previous experience in a power supply manufacturer or power management IC company preferred
