Responsibilities
Lead sign projects from inception through closeout, ensuring quality, timeline, and profitability goals are met
Collaborate with internal teams and provide clear direction across departments
Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and consultants
Maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and cost tracking
Oversee all phases including bidding, design, engineering, manufacturing, shipping, installation, and completion
Ensure all deliverables meet or exceed expectations
Qualification
Required
5+ years' experience in the sign industry
Strong understanding of blueprints, site drawings, and architectural plans
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to travel locally and across the US as needed
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); ERP systems experience preferred
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred. (project management, construction, or related field)
Experience in construction industry or manufacturing a big plus
Bilingual skills a bonus
