Responsibilities
Lead efforts to translate business needs into actionable insights
Support the deployment of AI/ML capabilities into operational workflows
Ensure alignment with ITIL and DevSecOps frameworks
Deliver high-impact solutions that support strategic initiatives with minimal disruption to business operations
Qualification
Required
Experience in business analysis, change and release management, and emerging technologies, particularly AI and machine learning
Ability to translate business needs into actionable insights
Support the deployment of AI/ML capabilities into operational workflows
Ensure alignment with ITIL and DevSecOps frameworks
Strong knowledge of ITIL, Agile, and DevSecOps methodologies
Ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights and recommendations
Adept at translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences
Facilitating cross-functional collaboration
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
Tools: JIRA, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft CoPilot, ServiceNow, Snowflake, Ansible, familiarity with AI/ML concepts and tools
Preferred
ITIL 4 Foundation, or equivalent
