Responsibilities
Schedule and track mandatory and elective training for staff
Maintain training records and prepare audit documentation
Assist in developing training SOPs and instructional materials
Coordinate hands-on lab and safety training sessions
Liaise with safety, biosurety, and quality personnel
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills
Familiarity with laboratory procedures and safety protocols
Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS)
Excellent written and interpersonal communication
Bachelor's degree in education, lab sciences, or a related field
Minimum 5+ years coordinating training or support in a laboratory or regulatory environment
Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance eligibility, with no access to classified information, is required
Enroll in the Personnel Reliability Program (PRP), if required
Preferred
ACTIVE SECRET is preferred
Certification in training management or adult education preferred
