Responsibilities
Support the management of low-code development platforms from vision to production-ready, solving our clients’ most complex challenges
Hone your skills in programming languages and databases, using little to no code to identify new techniques and improve the digital environment
Use the latest cloud tools as you look for ways to support your team and develop creative solutions
Work cross-collaboratively to automate and accelerate cloud modernization and reduce system maintenance and development costs
Be a trusted advisor to your clients as you translate their IT needs and future goals into a plan by crafting architectural patterns, design standards, and implementation best practices
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience with JavaScript
1+ years of experience with HTML and CSS
Experience with ServiceNow development tools and modules
Knowledge of ITIL processes and management
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Bachelor's degree
Preferred
2+ years of experience working on UI and UX Scripts
2+ years of experience with ServiceNow development tools and modules, including time in the ServiceNow System Admin role
1+ years of experience with SQL
Experience with Agile development methodology, requirements management, and RTM platforms, including Jira
Experience in computer science
Knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD
Knowledge of integration with Rest, Soap, and third-party software
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Possession of excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or ServiceNow CIS - Human Resources Certification
