Responsibilities

Deliver consultative support on water treatment programs (cooling, boiler, wastewater), ensuring performance through routine testing and monitoring
Maintain and grow revenue by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts
Lead site projects, prioritize service delivery, and support the development of on-site teams
Conduct annual business reviews, manage customer inventories, and coordinate orders/deliveries
Build and maintain strong customer relationships while managing account profitability
Provide necessary site and LMS training; ensure safety compliance and improvements
Keep an accurate and prioritized sales funnel in SFDC (Salesforce)

Required

Based in the Portland, OR general area (territory spans Longview, WA to Eugene, OR) or willing to relocate
8–10 years' experience in industrial water treatment (recovery boilers, cooling towers, wastewater)
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
Strong relationship management and communication skills at all organizational levels
Self-starter with persuasive and influencing abilities
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
