The role involves collaboration with various teams to verify, integrate, and validate high-speed I/O functionality in both pre-silicon and post-silicon environments.

Responsibilities

Gain a deep understanding of SoC architecture
Work with architecture, IP owners, DV, software, and signal integrity teams to verify and integrate high-speed I/O functionality and performance
Execute feature enablement and validation test cases for high-speed interfaces
Develop and maintain software-based validation tests and automation frameworks for both pre-silicon and post-silicon environments
Debug and drive root-cause analysis for device-related issues; document failure analysis and report test progress
Drive robust, scalable, and stable high-speed I/O configurations for machine learning applications

Qualification

Required

Proficiency in one or more high-speed protocols: PCIe, HBM, UCIe, DDR, CXL, or other interfaces
5+ years of experience in silicon validation, SW/HW co-design, and pre-silicon environments
Proficiency in low-level programming (C/C++) with experience writing validation or diagnostic tests
Experience developing firmware (FW) or software-based validation tests
Hands-on experience in post-silicon debugging/bring-up of high-speed interfaces
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Shell

Preferred

Proficiency in SoC architecture
Experience building and maintaining test automation infrastructure
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
