Responsibilities
Engage directly with consumers, utilizing your strong communication and negotiation skills to understand their unique situations and skillfully guide them to resolve outstanding account balances
Proactively manage a variety of communication channels—including inbound and outbound calls, email, and chat—to establish effective payment solutions and achieve account resolution goals
Uphold the highest standards of quality and compliance, embodying our empathetic approach to debt recovery
Work within a vibrant call center environment, contributing to a team that's constantly finding new ways to help consumers achieve financial stability
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
High sense of ownership, resilience, and reputation of dependability
Preferred
Experience as a Collections Specialist, Collector, Collection Agent, Recovery Specialist, or similar
