Responsibilities

Learn about the business processes and administrative tasks involved in shipping and receiving, preparing required documentation with guidance from experienced colleagues

Communicate effectively with domestic and international customers, suppliers, and logistics providers

Observe the work environment for potential issues, report appropriately, and propose solutions

Follow safety procedures in a physically active work environment, potentially exposed to extreme conditions

Understand and manage the Shipment Request Tool (SRT) to support various divisions, updating purchase orders and shipment statuses

Assist in booking and documentation for shipping and receiving functions

Learn to use e-commerce tools related to freight and logistics

Identify areas for enhancement within logistics operations and gather feedback from team members

Research new technologies and methods to streamline processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented changes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Required

You're pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field, expected to graduate between May 2025 and December 2026, with a GPA of 3.0 or above

You have strong analytical skills and proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel (advanced level)
