Responsibilities

Act as an Owner's Representative / Field Engineer / Technical Advisor on site, supporting generator outage activities for power plant owners and operators

Review and assess generator test data and outage inspection findings, ensuring thorough and accurate documentation

Demonstrate technical expertise in overhaul practices, NDE inspections, outage QA/QC, and troubleshooting generator and excitation equipment

Oversee generator rotor rewinds at the shop and conduct fact-finding missions to support generator failure analysis

Collaborate with ENTRUST generator engineers and support outage planning remotely when required

Qualification

Required

10+ years of field experience, or related experience, supporting generators

Ability to travel and work on client sites and/or generator repair shops for extended periods of time (such as major generator outages and rewinds)

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree in engineering or equivalent technical degree
