The Intern, Solution Design and Implementation will assess and conduct projects in support of various departments, developing complex supply chain solutions and managing key projects during the internship.

Responsibilities
Work in a team setting to accomplish department goals
Develop a solution designed to meet requirements of various departments, customers, and ArcBest subsidiary companies
Manage a key project during the internship that is focused around supply chain solutions including consolidation, pool distribution, mode optimization, and process improvement
Job shadow various roles within Enterprise Customer Solutions within the first 4 weeks
Complete fast track training on transportation, logistics, and supply chain within the ArcBest business
Other duties and projects, as assigned
Maintain a positive attitude in a highly intense environment
Qualification
Required
Pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain and Logistics, Business, or Engineering Major
Completed Junior academic year
No prior experience necessary
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Available for travel, as needed
