Engage directly with inbound sales opportunities via email, website chat, and phone
Provide tailored hardware recommendations based on customer needs
Manage relationships with select distributors and OEM/VAR partners
Professionally represent Polhemus at industry tradeshows and conferences
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
3 years prior professional experience in customer service or sales
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Preferred
Prior experience in highly technical sales
Well-versed in video conferencing platforms (TEAMs, Google, Zoom)
