Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Program Office Estimates (POEs) using Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tools (ACEIT) software

Provide budget exhibits and planning documents, program & schedule breakdown structures, budget requirement analyses, and earned value guidance to program/Product Directors and integrated product teams

Provide price analysis of contractor proposal submissions, including review of submitted hours, direct labor rates, overhead rates, other direct costs, and general review of the contractor's Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to aid in contract negotiations

Prepare Program Office Estimates (POE), Life Cycle Cost Estimates (LCCE), Cost Analysis Requirements Description (CARD), Independent Cost Estimates (ICE), Component Cost Analysis (CCA), Business Case Analysis (BCA), and Affordability Analysis and Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA)

Coordinate with multiple teams (Business Management Office, technical representatives, and stakeholders on funding actions, contract actions, acquisition requirement packages, and overall acquisition plans)

Provide quick turn what-if analyses based on varying fielding rates by utilizing the POE to assist G8 with budget development
