Responsibilities

Guide development teams in Scrum practices and ceremonies

Remove impediments and shield teams from external disruptions

Foster self-organization and cross-functional collaboration

Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

Integrate DevOps practices into aerospace software workflows

Support CI/CD pipeline implementation for aviation software

Ensure compliance with aerospace industry standards

Assist in risk management and quality assurance activities

Coach teams on Agile best practices and principles

Implement and monitor Agile metrics to track performance

Drive continuous improvement initiatives

Scale Agile practices across complex aviation systems

Collaborate with Product Owners on backlog refinement and prioritization

Facilitate clear communication between teams and stakeholders

Provide regular progress reports and performance metrics

Bridge gaps between development and operations teams

Qualification

Certified ScrumAerospace software developmentAgile methodologiesDevOps practicesModel-Based Systems Engineering

Required

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)

Proven experience in aerospace/aviation software development

Strong understanding of Scrum framework and Agile methodologies

Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline implementation

Familiarity with systems engineering and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)

Strong servant leadership mindset

Excellent communication and coaching skills

Proactive problem-solving abilities

Deep understanding of aerospace compliance requirements
