Engineering Recruiter
Lamp Rynearson is a purpose-driven civil engineering consulting firm on a mission to grow their community of solvers. They are seeking a part-time Recruiter who excels at building relationships and recognizing top talent within the A/E/C industry.

Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies
Build strong internal relationships to influence and enhance the hiring process
Source candidates using a variety of platforms and creative outreach methods
Draft and post compelling job descriptions
Screen applicants through resume reviews, phone screens, and interviews
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the process
Maintain and manage a database of active and passive candidates
Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring teams
Provide coaching and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment cycle
Stay informed on recruiting trends and best practices
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies
Represent the company at networking events and career fairs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field — or equivalent experience
3-5 years of direct recruiting experience; A/E/C industry experience preferred
Solid knowledge of recruiting methods, best practices, and employment law (federal, state, and local)
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Strong presentation and interviewing skills
Proven experience sourcing through platforms such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technology
Experience with reporting and recruitment metrics
Ability to recruit across a range of positions, from early career to senior leadership
Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

A/E/C industry experience preferred
