Senior Associate, OPS Business Technology Liaison
BNY is a leading global financial services company that influences nearly 20% of the world’s investible assets. They are seeking a Business Technology Liaison to analyze business requirements, interface with IT, and improve business processes for small to moderate sized projects.

Responsibilities
Analyze and define business requirements and functional or operational specifications for small to moderate sized projects of limited complexity
Formulate and define system scope and objectives. Interface with all areas of IT on behalf of the business to resolve IT matters and improve business processes
Collect and define business or functional requirements and translate them into functional design, test planning, and user documentation processes
Participate in development of the functional design and user documentation by analyzing business process flows or client requests and identifying changes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
3-5 years of total work experience preferred
Technical experience preferred
No direct reports, may provide guidance to less experienced colleagues
