As an intern in the Compensation & Employee Benefits team, you will gain hands-on experience in health & welfare benefits, retirement, and compensation plans, while participating in various projects and providing support to employees.

Responsibilities
Develop, Design, Review, and Edit Communications. Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to design and edit employee communications content based on our benefit plans and current initiatives
Participate in various Employee Benefits & Compensation Projects
Engagement with employees through the Employee Benefits hotline and email inbox, including the intake of calls and emails, troubleshooting the request, and distributing to the SME for resolution
Assist in the analysis and administration of compensation programs, including salary surveys, market research, and job evaluations
Support the benefits team in the management and evaluation of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives
Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to compensation and benefits to support decision-making and strategy development
Qualification
Required
Must be enrolled and in good standing with your college or university
Must be pursuing a degree in a field related to Human Resources
Must have strong oral and written communication skills
Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work closely with executives and hourly employees alike
Must have the ability to demonstrate a high level of professionalism and executive presence
Must have strong time management skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
Must have the ability to work well without direct supervision
Must have strong technology skills and experience using Google Suite
Preferred
Junior, Senior, or Graduate level students are preferred
Experience in developing employee communications content and working with an HCM system is a plus
