Work with our Trademark, Copyright, Internet & Advertising practice
Advise businesses ranging from startups to top Fortune 500 companies in numerous industries
Help great companies with all facets and levels of trademark, copyright, online and other IP needs, including enforcement of rights

Qualification

Required

Two to four years of experience in Trademark, Copyright, Internet & Advertising law
Well-developed skills in U.S. and international trademark clearance, counseling, prosecution and enforcement
Experience with the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy
Attention to detail
Ability to work well in a group
Ability to work independently
Strong academic credentials
Excellent legal writing skills
Proven track record in all aspects of a trademark, copyright and domain name practice

Preferred

Experience with copyright counseling, filing, and prosecution
Experience in a large law firm setting
