Responsibilities

Assist project teams with healthcare technology initiatives, including research, analysis, and documentation
Support workflow assessments and help identify opportunities for process and technology improvements
Contribute to presentations, reports, and other project deliverables
Participate in meetings and workshops by preparing materials and capturing key takeaways
Provide project management support by tracking tasks, timelines, and progress updates
Collaborate with team members to enhance methodologies, tools, and best practices
Explore healthcare IT trends and contribute ideas to client and internal discussions
Engage in professional development through mentorship, feedback, and learning opportunities

Required

Anticipated Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferred majors: Information Systems, Technology, Business (general)
Expected Graduation: May 2027
Motivated emerging professional with a passion for improving healthcare through technology improvement projects
Collaborative teammate who can identify opportunities for improvement and carve out the path to solutions
Prioritizes personal and professional development and is always ready to stretch their abilities to the next level
Focused on customer success through developing trusting relationships and always choosing to do the right thing
Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop workplans, track milestones, and manage deliverables across teams
Ability to travel 20% of the time
Available for full 10-week Summer 2026 internship (June through August)
