DCF Guns is Colorado's premier indoor shooting range and gun store, seeking a motivated full-time Sales Associate to join their dedicated team. The role involves providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with firearm purchases, and ensuring compliance with federal regulations.

Responsibilities

Provides customers' information about products or services, takes or enters orders, or obtains details of complaints

Assists customers in identifying and purchasing firearms and firearms related accessories and training

Ensures full customer satisfaction and maintains a friendly, helpful demeanor

Ensures proper documentation and processing of firearms and related articles according to federal regulations

Creates strategies to ensure company profitability is maintained and goals are met

Identifies and prioritizes problems and issues related to service area

Maintains close contact with customer to give updates on progress toward resolution of issue or service requests

Ensures that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems

Refers unresolved customer issues to designated departments

Keeps records of customer interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken
