Barton Malow Company is seeking a Project Engineer to join our team on a mission-critical data center project near Philadelphia, PA. This role involves planning, developing, coordinating, supervising, and monitoring onsite construction engineering activities for projects, ensuring seamless communication and execution among stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for resolution and tracking of project issues
Manage all project document control
Process submittals and RFI’s
Support Procurement in the distribution of bidding documents and tracking of bidders
Maintain project schedule
Prepare and issue meeting minutes
Assist with planning and managing site logistics
Enforce corporate safety policies on jobsite
Receive and review/evaluate contractor quotations for changes and process change orders
Manage plan review and approval process with local and state municipalities

Qualification

Mission Critical experienceConstruction management degreeOSHA 30 Hour certificationProactive attitudeProblem-solvingDetail-oriented

Required

4-year engineering, construction management or related degree
1+ years of documented Mission Critical - Data Center experience from inception to completion
1-3 years of relevant professional experience or related construction internship experience
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and ability to be self-directed in problem-solving
Proactive attitude with commitment to safety

Preferred

OSHA 30 Hour certification
