POND IoT is a Mobile Virtual Network Aggregator focused on delivering secure and reliable IoT connectivity solutions. They are seeking a Senior Network Engineer to design, deploy, and manage MVNA/MVNO core network infrastructure, ensuring high-performance connectivity for IoT customers.

Responsibilities

Architect, deploy, and manage MVNA/MVNO core network infrastructure and interconnections

Build and manage secure VPN tunnels for enterprise and carrier connectivity

Configure and operate networking (Transit Gateway, VPCs, Direct Connect, route tables, IAM)

Integrate with carrier partners, ensuring reliable SLA delivery and traffic routing

Design and manage BGP and other routing protocols across cloud and colocation networks

Implement Equinix Fabric or equivalent interconnection platforms

Lead customer solution architecture — translating IoT customer requirements into scalable network designs

Establish monitoring, observability, and automation frameworks for network health and security

Collaborate with vendors, carriers, and enterprise customers on technical requirements and escalations

Document designs, runbooks, and operational playbooks
