Responsibilities
Provide expert on-site technical support for custom material testing machines, including installation, commissioning, servicing, calibration, troubleshooting, and repair
Diagnose and resolve complex electro-mechanical issues using schematics and mechanical drawings, ensuring timely and complete solutions with a focus on first-visit resolution
Effectively communicate technical information and train customers on equipment operation and software, while managing your own schedule and travel within an assigned territory
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems up to 480V, along with hydraulics and pneumatics
Ability to travel 90-100% of the time, Monday through Friday, with a company vehicle provided (personal use allowed) and all expenses reimbursed via a personal credit card
Strong independent judgment, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities to ensure high customer satisfaction
