Responsibilities
Process Transfer of Servicing Rights and Transfer of Beneficial Rights in timely manner
Review and research daily, weekly, and monthly reports and submit batch updates to MERS
Communicate with internal and external clients to ensure MERS information is correct and accurate
Perform data reconciliations and audits
Adhere to and update MERS policy and procures
Perform other related duties as required and assigned
Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years of relevant work experience
Must be highly proficient in Excel and Word
Preferred
Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred
