Responsibilities
Working with EO management and staff – our customer – to identify EO population training and performance needs
Collaborate and propose solutions to address
Create content and maintain it by working with Subject Matter Experts as needed
Deliver virtual instructor-led courses and self-paced learning, such as onboarding
Organize and facilitate community activities and events
Collaborate with the Methodology team and Health PMO to maintain project and knowledge repositories
Support project management matrixed partners within Health Consulting, Customer Solutions for Industries (CS4I), and broader Oracle to champion organizational imperatives
Qualification
Required
3 to 5+ years of experience in a relevant field
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Experience in onboarding and training for Engagement Management roles
Experience in creating and maintaining training content
Experience in delivering virtual instructor-led courses and self-paced learning
Ability to collaborate with Subject Matter Experts
Experience in organizing and facilitating community activities and events
Ability to collaborate with methodology teams and maintain project and knowledge repositories
Experience in supporting project management within Health Consulting
