Marketing Specialist - Consumer Electronic Products
BenQ North America is an award-winning display solutions provider, and they are seeking a Marketing Specialist to manage relationships with influencers and media, design creative campaigns, and drive brand messaging initiatives. The role requires a strategic thinker with experience in campaign management, event coordination, and data analysis, preferably with a background in the gaming industry.

Responsibilities
Develop, plan, and execute a comprehensive content strategy for all major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube). Create and publish compelling content that aligns with brand messaging and business goals
Own and manage BenQ's social media content calendar, ensuring seamless coordination and consistency across all platforms and campaigns
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze social media performance and trends, and leverage data to refine content strategy and maximize engagement. Prepare regular performance reports for key stakeholders
Proactively identify and capitalize on opportunities for agile marketing and community building to foster a loyal and engaged online community
Stay informed on the latest social media platform updates, emerging tools, and content trends to ensure BenQ remains at the forefront of social media best practices
Build relationships with media outlets and influencers, especially in the gaming and tech industries, to boost brand exposure and credibility
Develop and execute influencer marketing plans that effectively promote BenQ products to target audiences
Plan and manage branding message campaigns that resonate with the target audience, ensuring consistent and compelling messaging across channels
Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging content that aligns with brand positioning and appeals to target segments
Organize and coordinate brand events, including gaming expos, tech shows, and community events, to increase brand visibility and drive customer engagement
Manage event logistics, partnerships, and promotions to ensure brand objectives and goals are aligned
Analyze campaign data and track performance metrics (reach, engagement, ROI) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies
Prepare regular performance reports with insights and recommendations to optimize future marketing initiatives
Collect and analyze data using Google Analytics 4 to identify trends and insights related to digital marketing campaigns on the website, including email marketing, CPC ads, organic search, and social media
Qualification
Required
2-4 years in marketing communications, with expertise in media and influence management, campaign management, and event coordination
Contract negotiation with Influencers, media outlets, giveaway vendors, and booth builders
Proficient in data analysis, performance tracking, and reporting
Strong communication and organizational skills
Creative and detail-oriented
Experience in the gaming industry is preferred
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field
