Responsibilities

Making all types of direct and indirect loans which are consistent in quality to satisfy Bank standards for safety and profitability

Promoting good customer relations

Seeking and developing quality new business including profitable depository accounts

Incumbent is responsible for the sound extension or denial of credit to customers seeking loans on a direct or indirect basis and is accountable for the terms extended on such credit

This position is guided by the Bank's policies, procedures and lending limits

Must actively participate in Customer Service First sales and service culture, support the values of the organization and follow established company policies and procedures

Required

Accounting, Business, or finance degree required

Four years of related banking experience may be substituted for degree

Excellent communication and human relation skills also required

Thorough working knowledge and use of credit analysis and loan documentation, bank operations, and business development skills as normally acquired through at least four years related experience preferred
