Responsibilities
Own technical discovery, architecture design, and integration strategy for new and existing customers
Translate business requirements into scalable AI-enabled architectures for use cases such as claims processing, clinical reviews, risk adjustment, and more
Guide cross-functional teams during pre-sales and post-sales implementations
Develop solution blueprints and system integration plans using healthcare-specific standards (HL7, FHIR, EDI, etc.)
Provide feedback to product and engineering teams on customer needs, industry trends, and integration challenges
Support Proof-of-Concept (POC) development and iterative deployment cycles
Ensure all architectures meet HIPAA and other healthcare compliance standards
Contribute to enterprise architecture best practices around security, governance, and interoperability
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role within healthcare or healthtech
Experience working with healthcare payers, including systems for claims adjudication, utilization management, member engagement, and/or provider data
Strong understanding of healthcare data formats and compliance (HIPAA, EDI 837/835, FHIR)
Solid experience designing and integrating APIs and data pipelines in cloud-native environments (preferably AWS)
Experience working with AI/ML platforms and tools (e.g., NLP, LLMs, vector databases)
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Preferred
Experience working with GenAI tools and frameworks
Familiarity with tools like Snowflake, Databricks, LangChain, or similar
Exposure to healthcare-specific enterprise systems like Epic, TriZetto, Optum, etc
Startup experience or background in enterprise software/SaaS
