Responsibilities

Assist in creating and modifying parts and engineering drawings using tools like Creo

Update Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and Bills of Materials (BOM)

Support prototype builds, testing, and maintenance of engineering equipment

Analyze test results to improve product designs

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., production, service, marketing) to solve design challenges and contribute to product development

Participate in design reviews and provide input on product improvements

Required

Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing seeking a degree in Agricultural or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

3.0 or higher GPA preferred

Be able to commit full-time to Bobcat for the entire term of the co-op (8 months) or internship (4-months)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint)

Communication and collaboration skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Passion for sustainability and environmental responsibility

Preferred

3.0 or higher GPA preferred
