This role involves designing and customizing ERP solutions to enhance operational efficiency, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing ongoing support for existing systems.

Responsibilities

Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, system design, coding, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document technical and business requirements for new software solutions and system enhancements

Develop customizations, enhancements, reports, and add-ons for the CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) ERP system to meet evolving business needs

Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing systems and applications, including troubleshooting issues, applying fixes, and performing upgrades

Work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deliver high-quality software projects

Conduct thorough testing of system modifications and maintain detailed documentation of programming tasks, procedures, and outcomes

Assist in evaluating new technologies and tools to enhance development efficiency and system capabilities

Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and maintain code quality across the team

Support data migration and integration efforts between SyteLine and other enterprise systems

Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, user guides, and training materials

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers and team members

Help define and refine development standards, processes, and methodologies

Collaborate with IT and business teams to identify opportunities for process automation and system optimization

Participate in internal audits and compliance reviews related to ERP systems and data handling

Assist in planning and executing system testing, including regression and user acceptance testing (UAT)

Stay current with updates and releases from Infor and recommend adoption strategies when appropriate

Required

10+ years of experience in software or systems development, with a strong foundation in enterprise applications

5+ years of hands-on development experience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine), including customizations, integrations, and enhancements (V9/V10)

Solid understanding of manufacturing and sales business processes, with the ability to align technical solutions to business objectives

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft .NET technologies, including T-SQL, C#, and VB.NET

Expert-level skills in SQL, including stored procedure development, database design, and performance optimization

Experience creating business reports using SQL, SSRS, and Crystal Reports

Familiarity with Infor OS ecosystem, including IDM, Doc-Trak, Workflows a strong plus

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent communication and time management skills

Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Skilled in analyzing business and technical requirements to design scalable, maintainable solutions within Infor CSI (SyteLine)

Experience building web-based applications using ASP.NET/MVC, APIs, HTML, JavaScript, and jQuery

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues, ensuring optimal system performance and reliability

Effective collaboration with stakeholders to define specifications, estimate timelines, and manage project delivery

Strong documentation skills, including technical designs, system modifications, and development best practices

Experience providing ongoing support and training to internal teams and end users

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience

Experience with Syteline, EDI, Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Document Management or other commercial applications (ERP, MRP, Manufacturing, Distribution, Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, etc.)
