Associate Director, Health Sciences University Marketing - Hybrid

Responsibilities
Leads all aspects of marketing efforts of Cedars-Sinai Health Sciences University. Develops and implements strategies and tactics that are integrated and measurable. Collaborates cross-functionally in the development and execution of all marketing tactics and initiatives
Drives awareness and acquisition for education and research programs including graduate medical education, graduate research education, allied health, and clinical trials, among others
Serves as primary marketing liaison to key clients and leaders, both internal and external, to provide guidance and alignment of specific business unit goals
Creates and drives project work plans to lead multiple projects and independently manage timelines
Plans, leads, and directs work of staff to ensure goals and objectives are completed within established budget and timelines
Supervises the day-to-day work of employees to ensure tasks are completed and deadlines are met
Responsible for hiring, onboarding, managing schedules, personnel actions, performance reviews, and performance improvement plans
Qualification
Required
Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies and tactics
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders
Experience in establishing marketing metrics and goals
Proven track record in driving awareness and acquisition for education and research programs
Experience serving as a marketing liaison to key clients and leaders
Ability to create and drive project work plans
Experience in supervising and managing staff
Experience in hiring, onboarding, and managing personnel actions
Preferred
Experience in healthcare marketing
Familiarity with graduate medical education and clinical trials
