Required

Bachelor's degree in IT, related field, or equivalent experience
16 years of required experience
8 Years Required in IT project/program management including planning, budget tracking, status reporting, and risk management
5 Years Required with the ServiceNow platform, including implementation, and ongoing enhancements among multiple stakeholder organizations
5 Years Required with ServiceNow's capabilities in the IT Service Management function
5 Years Required managing User Stories and Product Backlog in ServiceNow
5 Years Required with Agile Software development methodology including qualitative and quantitative measurement of quality
4 Years Required experience with briefing C-suite staff on the status of enterprise projects
11 Years Required BA experience
11 Years Required Software Development Lifecycle experience
11 Years Required in requirements gathering and documentation
11 Years Required MS Office/PowerPoint experience
