Responsibilities

Manage and track warranties, contracts, and service agreements across multiple properties and assets

Maintain accurate documentation for vehicles, equipment, and other family-owned assets

Oversee insurance coverage, security systems, and risk management for family properties

Maintain organized records of assets, investments, and legal files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility

Handle day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable/receivable and expense tracking

Reconcile bank, credit card, and investment accounts to ensure accuracy and transparency

Maintain financial records in accounting software prepare regular reports, statements, and summaries for family leadership

Collaborate with legal and financial advisors to support trust, foundation, and investment account activities

Assist with tax preparation by providing organized financial documentation

Identify opportunities for cost savings and financial efficiency across family assets

Provide regular updates and summaries to family leadership as needed
