Responsibilities
Schedules, coordinates, prepares and funds mortgage loan closings
Reviews all loan pre- and post-closing documents for completeness, accuracy and quality
Complete verifications of employment and payoff requests for loan closings
Monitor and ensure closing dates and company deadlines are met
Communicate with loan officers, buyers, sellers, title companies, builders and agents
Keep up with the changing policies and procedures, regulations applicable to the bank and mortgage industry
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of customer service principles
2-3 years of related mortgage/loan experience
Strong attention to detail
Relevant computer skills
