Responsibilities

Defending professional negligence claims on behalf of medical and healthcare professionals
Assisted living facilities
Personal care homes
Skilled nursing facilities
Acute and long-term acute care hospitals
Rehabilitation facilities
Management services companies

Qualification

Licensed in PennsylvaniaHealthcare litigation experienceMedical malpractice experienceWriting abilitiesOrganizedAnalyticalTenaciousHard-workingTeam player

Required

Licensed in Pennsylvania
1-3 yrs experience in professional liability, healthcare litigation, medical malpractice or personal injury
Quick learners with strong writing abilities
Organized, analytical, tenacious, hard-working, and able to balance multiple priorities
Willing to take initiative, ask questions, and work both independently and as part of a team
