Responsibilities

Assist in the development of manufacturing systems with the focus on continuous improvement related to quality and throughput capability of production equipment
Work is of a technical nature where decisions are made within general practices and procedures, where supervision is available
Assist in the design, development, and/or improvement of manufacturing processes
Study product requirements; researching, designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment
Work with operators to support efficiency improvements in assigned area
Other duties as assigned

Required

College undergraduate or graduate status with 1-3 years at an accredited college or university, pursuing an academic field of study related to Engineering, Engineering Technology, or other technological fields of study
Due to International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Intern must be a United States Citizen or Permanent Resident
Strong oral and written communication skills are required
Good interpersonal skills to work effectively with others
Analytical ability to solve complex problems
