Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day machine parameters to target
Performance Improvement- Analyzing existing manufacturing processes and implementing modifications to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve product quality
Problem Solving- Identifying and troubleshooting process upsets or changes to product quality and implementing effective solutions
Technology Integration- Evaluating and incorporating new technologies to improve production efficiency and product quality including, running trials for new materials and equipment
Documentation and Standards- Maintaining documentation of manufacturing processes and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards

Qualification

Required

Working toward a bachelor's degree in engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Paper Science, Packaging Science)
Minimum GPA of 3.0
