Responsibilities
Provide functional expertise to analyze, design, and implement cloud-based solutions
Assist in developing and executing cloud migration and application modernization strategies
Collaborate with system/application owners and cloud brokers to analyze, document, and codify functional requirements and technical specifications in support of cloud development efforts
Lead business case development to inform cloud migration decisions and implementation activities
Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and performance requirements in accordance with DoD and DON policies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline
At least five (5) years of experience in cloud computing, platforms, and technologies
Minimum of two (2) years of experience supporting Department of the Navy (DON) or Department of Defense (DoD) cloud migration efforts
Hands-on experience with major cloud service providers such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Experience with automation tools and scripting languages to support cloud deployment and management
Active Secret clearance required
Preferred
Relevant cloud certifications preferred
