Responsibilities

Provide strategic and tactical guidance to align workforce planning, talent management, and organizational design with business goals

Collaborate with business leadership in planning sessions, financial reviews, and staffing discussions

Leverage CoEs and internal experts to support the Medical CA people strategy

Address employee relations issues, ensure compliance with policies and laws, and collaborate with HR Operations, legal teams, and managers

Implement employee retention strategies to enhance engagement and recognize achievements

Foster a positive organizational culture aligned with company values

Conduct talent assessments to identify high-potential employees and facilitate talent reviews and succession planning to build a strong internal pipeline for critical roles

Collaborate with L&D CoE to develop training programs that enhance skills and performance

Guide managers in setting objectives, conducting appraisals, and providing feedback

Implement performance improvement plans and support organizational change initiatives

Utilize HR metrics and analytics for data-driven decision-making related to talent planning and retention

Present insights and recommendations on HR activities to senior management

Leverage emerging relevant technologies to enhance employee experience and efficiencies

Work with the Total Rewards CoE to ensure competitive and fair compensation strategies
