Responsibilities
Partnering with restaurant leaders in your assigned area
Visiting two locations daily to recruit leadership positions
Providing coaching and feedback to develop restaurant teams
Helping locations hit key targets in sales, labor, and food costs
Building a strong leadership pipeline for future growth
Fostering a culture of positivity and gratitude within each restaurant
Collaborating with District Managers to ensure staffing success
Qualification
Required
2-5 years of experience in recruiting and leadership development (restaurant industry preferred)
Proven ability to develop talent and hit key performance metrics
Strong leadership skills and a passion for mentoring a team
Availability to work a set five-day schedule (no Sundays)
Enthusiastic, positive, and driven with a growth mindset
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and adapts well to change
