Experience with debt financing, fund operations, or investor relations; SPV/fund launch background is a plus
Bachelor's in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related; MBA/MS welcomed (STEM profile valued)
Startup DNA—comfortable juggling multiple urgent workstreams
Miami, Boulder, or NYC-based preferable

Time spent working on significant GPU financings for firms like CoreWeave, Nebius, or Fluidstack
