Responsibilities
Establish a culture of excellence in Occupational Health & Safety and ensure that teams on site always follow OHS best practices
Ensure the work proceeds smoothly and efficiently from day to day
Make sure the work progresses as planned, open and close the site, manage various trades, and supervise subcontractors
Cultivate a collaborative environment, ensuring positive interactions between clients, building users, subcontractors, and operators
Check quality of work and ensure conformity with plans and specifications
Represent the project engineers when they are not able to be on site and support them in a variety of related tasks that they need your help with
Qualification
Required
At least 8 years of experience working and supervising work on construction sites
Specific knowledge of HVAC systems is required
Ability to read and understand plans and specifications
Knowledgeable about OHS standards and regulations
Valid driver's license
Comfortable using MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
Ability to mediate and resolve conflicts between diverse stakeholders, often under stressful circumstances
Ability to act as Ecosystem's representative with all stakeholders and negotiate with professionalism
