Conduct in-home inspections at pre-scheduled appointments

Assess current customers' residential properties for signs of rodent activity, termite infestations, and moisture-related damage

Provide customers with clear, professional recommendations and service options

Attend scheduled inspection appointments daily (no cold calling)

Perform thorough whole-home inspections to identify: Rodent activity or damage, Termite infestations, Moisture-related damage

Educate homeowners on findings and propose tailored solutions

Accurately document inspection results and customer needs

Build trust and rapport with customers through excellent service and communication

Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals

Stay up to date on company services, processes, and best practices

Ensure every customer experience is a great one
